Delete your account

In the app

1. Open RoadAcademy and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. In the Account card, tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password if your account has one, and a code if two-step sign-in is on, then tap Delete for good.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every phone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to support@roadacademy.app from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account and every way of signing in to it;
• your profile, name and picture;
• all your answers, progress, mock exams and achievements;
• your friends, friend requests and the invitations you sent;
• the problems you reported, with their screenshots;
• your pass-guarantee claims, with their files;
• the family you own, or your seat in somebody's family;
• the record of the plans you bought, though a subscription itself is canceled only in the App Store or Google Play;
• the phones registered for notifications, and the log of emails and notifications sent to you.

Nothing that belongs to your account is kept afterwards, apart from anonymous counts that identify nobody and, if you joined through a friend's invitation, a record without your name or address that the invitation was rewarded, which counts towards your friend's monthly limit.

Deleting only some of it

You do not need to delete the account to remove part of it. In Profile you can remove your picture, reset your progress, or switch study reminders off.
